PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.2 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who was arrested on 14.02.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 3(d) r/w.4,5(i)(l)(m)(g) r/w. 6 of the POCSO Act and Section 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.2 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. This is the third bail petition and the earlier two petitions were dismissed by this Court on 16.09.2020 and 13.10.2020. This Court while dismissing the bail petition of the petitioner and taking into consideration the heinous offence committed by the petitioner on 13.10.2020 had directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and now the same cannot be modified.

3. In view of the same, the petition stands dismissed. However it is reiterated that the trial Court should make all endeavour to
complete the trial proceedings as expeditiously as possible within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
