Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUBASH CHANDRA BOSE.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19905 of 2021 dated 14.12.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner are complying with the condition till today, without fail.

CRL MP(MD) No.4082 of 2022 4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
