ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 I.P.C., in Crime No.68 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is having four previous cases to his credit, one of them is a murder case.

4.The petitioner had earlier moved an application for anticipatory bail. The said application was dismissed as withdrawn. Since there is no change in circumstances of the case, taking note of the fact, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
