This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to transfer the investigation to the third respondent office for conducting fair and impartial investigation in Crime Number:293 of 2021 on the file of the fourth respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that during pendency of this petition, upon completion of investigation, the fourth respondent filed charge sheet, which was taken on file in PRC.No.5 of 2022 by the Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam. 2/4

3.In view of the above, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
