ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.442 of 2016 within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after a lapse of 25 days from the date of registration of the case, the second respondent did not take any efforts to file a final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with this petition for the aforesaid prayer.

three months time to complete the investigation and to file a final report.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.442 of 2016 before the Court concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
