ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a limited relief for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose of petitioner's application for transfer of patta in NACA No. 5204/2023/A6.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner with the consent of learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

4.The petitioner has made an application for transfer of patta in his name on 18.09.2023 and the same is pending before the first respondent. According to the petitioner, patta has been mistakenly issued 2/4

to the respondents 2 to 6 and the same has sought to be recalled and fresh patta to be issued in favour of the petitioner. 5.Without going into the merits of the petitioner's contentions, it would suffice to dispose of the writ petition by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application, dated 18.09.2023, in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondents 2 to 6. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
