RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant extension of time of order in Crl.OP(MD)No. 4654 of 2018 dated 26.03.2018 on the file of this Honourable court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARTHICK SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4654 of 2018, dated 26.03.2018.

2.This Court, by order dated 26.03.2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 4654 of 2018, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioner did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, she has approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's daughter was kidnapped and she traced her daughter in many places. Hence, she could not produce the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, she prays for extension of time.
