ORDER

The petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.84 of 2022, on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Kumbakonam, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of his divorce petition. 2.A perusal of the records reveal that after Mediation report was received, the wife has filed her counter. The Court has already passed orders of interim 1/3

maintenance in I.A.No.1 of 2023. I.A.No.2 of 2023, has already been closed. Now it is posted for enquiry.

3.It is brought to the notice of the Court that the revision petitioner has already filed his counter to the counter claim raised by the wife. 4.It could be seen from the representation addressed by the petitioner to the High Court that he is a Marine Engineer and he has come down to the shore to pursue the divorce petition and he has sought for expeditious disposal of the divorce petition.

5.Considering the above said facts, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the divorce petition on or before 31.10.2025. 6.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
