ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner without any valid reason.
2. According to the petitioner, there is a money dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent. The petitioner borrowed money from the third respondent and was paying interest till November, 2024 and thereafter, she was unable to pay the interest and thereby, the third respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner. Based on the above said complaint, now the second respondent harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. In fact already the petitioner lodged a complaint against the third respondent on 23.01.2025 and the same was enquired in CSR No.27 of 2025 and thereafter, the third respondent attempted to commit suicide. Thereby, the enquiry has not been conducted. While so, now the third respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner only to wreck vengeance but the second respondent taking advantage of the same, used to harass the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that earlier the petitioner lodged a complaint against the third respondent and the same was enquired and closed. During the enquiry, the third respondent attempted to commit suicide by consuming poison. However, the petition was closed. Now the third respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner and the same is under enquiry, for enquiry purpose, they called the petitioner and apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner.
4. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the third respondent inclined to dispose of the petition.
5. Since the second respondent denied the harassment as alleged by the petitioner, recording the same, this Court directs the second respondent to complete the enquiry on the complaint of the third respondent and dispose of the same, within a period of one (1) week from the date of this order in accordance with law.

6. With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
