ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent and his officials that not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the third respondent.
2. The case of the petitioner is that on 02.11.2020, the third respondent came to the petitioner's house and assaulted the petitioner's wife, sexually harassed her. Therefore, the petitioner's wife lodged a complaint before the second respondent Police on 03.11.2020, but no action was taken. As a counter blast, the third respondent has given a false complaint against the petitioner. Pursuant to the above false complaint, the second respondent police are continuously harassing the petitioner and his wife. Hence, the present petition has been filed.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that inspite of closure of the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent is continuously harassing the petitioner.
5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken and C.S.R.No.146 of 2021 was assigned. After enquiry, it was found that the complaint did not contain merits and the same was closed on 30.03.2021.
6. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
