To call for the records pertaining to the judgment in Criminal Appeal No.27 of 2018 dated 24.08.2021 on the file of the Learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli by confirming the judgment passed in S.T.C.No.638 of 2015 dated 05.01.2018 on the file of the Learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi and set aside the same by allowing the above Criminal Revision. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.HAROON RASHEED D.S., Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8873 of 2021 in Crl.R.C(MD) No.756 of 2021, dated 24.11.2021.
