This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.03.2022, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 12.03.2022 and the same is still pending. 3.Considering the above, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 12.03.2022, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter party and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
