The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submit that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondents herein to take necessary action on petitioner compliant dated 16.02.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions of the Respondents submit that the Respondents had received the complaint through Registered Post and the second Respondent had directed the Petitioner to approach the Economic Offences Wing, Tirunelveli, as per the circular issued by the Director General of Police, Head of Police Force, Tamil Nadu State, Chennai -4 issued in Rc.No.892914/X1/2020 dated 12.03.2021 and closed the complaint.
3.Therefore, the Superintendent of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Tirunelveli is made as a party to the proceedings. Based on the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the 2/5
Petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Tirunelveli, within a period of ten days and shall lodge a complaint. Based on that complaint, the Inspector of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Tirunelveli is directed to proceed with investigation and file a report before the Court concerned.
4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. 5.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
