ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second and third respondents frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute.

that on the basis of the complaint preferred against the petitioner herein, the petitioner was enquired into; after enquiry, that petition was closed; now the presence of the petitioner is not required; and the respondents Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.

5.Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
