This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection to life and limb of the petitioner and his family members, based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the official respondents submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 24.03.2021.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action.
