ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to release the sale deeds in Document Nos.P95 and P96 to the executants.

2. Mr.K.S.Selva Ganesan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had lodged a protest petition before the respondent requesting not to release the sale deeds in Document Nos.P95 and P96 to the executants.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has only raised an objection to release the sale deeds in Document Nos.P95 and P96 and that, in the event any such document is presented for registration, due notice will be issued to the petitioner. After issuing notice to the petitioner, the respondent will conduct an enquiry and thereafter, take a decision in accordance with law.

5. In such circumstances, this Court directs that in the event any document is presented by the third parties for registration, the respondent 2/4

shall issue notice to the petitioner, conduct an enquiry, and thereafter take a decision in accordance with law with regard to the registration of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of issuance of the said notice.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
