ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the third respondent lodged a complaint with the second respondent against the petitioner and the same was registered in Current Petition No.R6/7980/111/MC/2021, after conducting enquiry, the same was closed, directing both the parties to appear before a competent Civil Court to resolve their dispute.
