This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that though a complaint was received as against the petitioner, the same was closed on 28.11.2017, after holding an enquiry. He further submitted that no further enquiry is contemplated and there is no question of harassment. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
