For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.01 of 2017 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 498(A), 406 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No. 01 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

CRL OP(MD). No.4985 of 2020 3.By order dated 20.04.2017, anticipatory bail was granted to A1 to A5. However, sureties have not able to furnish in time. A1 is the husband of the defacto complainant, was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody. Thereafter, bail has been granted to A1. The first petitioner is the mother of A1 and the second and third petitioners are sister-in-law and brother of A1, are petitioners herein seeking note that it is matrimonial dispute and the police are also not taken any steps to apprehend this petitioner for quite some month, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.

1, Virudhunagar, and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C scrupulously.

5. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate on or before 31.03.2020, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
