Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.3505 of 2022, dated 21.02.2022, wherein this petitioner was directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Velayuthampalayam Police Station, daily at 10.30 am for a period of one month and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to some inconvenience, he could not appear before the respondent Police. Hence, he seeks modification of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation is pending.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Karur Town Police Station, Karur, daily at 10.30 am, from tomorrow onwards. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
