ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur, Virudhunagar District to expedite the trial in C.C.No.274 of 2022.

2.It could be seen that the second respondent, who is the wife of the petitioner, had initiated criminal proceedings against the petitioner, and a charge sheet was laid in the year 2022. A total of seven witnesses have been cited in the charge sheet and the case is posted on 17.04.2026 for the examination of P.W.1. 3.Consideirng the above said facts, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur, Virudhunagar District, to dipose of the case in C.C.No.274 of 2022l, on or before 30.06.2026. 4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
