This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry.

2.According to the petitioner, the third respondent frequently called the petitioner and his family members to appear for enquiry that too without issuing any summons. Already, the fourth respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner, which was enquired and closed. Now again, the petitioner has been harassed based on the another complaint lodged by the fourth respondent. Therefore, the petitioner sent the representation dated 26.02.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the fourth respondent's complaint, an FIR in Crime NO.135 of 2025 was registered. For enquiry, the respondent police called the petitioner and they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in this petition.

4.Since it is represented that based on the fourth respondent's complaint, an FIR in Crime NO.135 of 2025 was registered and for enquiry, the respondent police called the petitioner and they have not harassed him, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 06.03.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR 3/5
