COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.All that the petitioners herein seek is disposal of their representation pending before the first respondent seeking petition mentioned relief.
3.The first respondent shall dispose of the same within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice. The first respondent shall pass orders one way or other. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter.
