ORDER

Seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2026, this criminal original petition is filed.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the 3rd respondent, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen who had already given a representation on 13.02.2026 to the 1st and 2nd respondents with respect to the money dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. However, there is no action in this regard. Hence, this petition. 2/5

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that for the complaint received from the petitioner, CSR has been issued in C.S.R.No.356 of 2025. Since the petitioner has not cooperated for the enquiry, the same was closed.

5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

6. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry which is to be initiated by the 2nd respondent police by submitting all necessary documents. However, it is made clear that the petitioner and the private respondents should be called for inquiry on serving summons under Section 64 BNSS as mandated by law. The 2nd respondent police is directed to conclude the investigation within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3/5

7. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
