This petition is filed for a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to immediately provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and to save his life from endanger at the hands of the fourth and fifth respondents and to take necessary actions by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 14.03.2020. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's property was damaged and further the petitioner's life is in threat. Though, the petitioner's daughter Abinaya has made complaints on 11.03.2020 and 14.03.2020, the said complaints were not taken on file. Crl.O.P.[MD]No.4897 of 2020 3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the State would submit that the complaint made by the petitioner's daughter on 11.03.2020 was registered as FIR No.70 of 2020 and the investigation will be conducted in the manner known to law. It is further submitted that the petitioner's safety will be ensured. 4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
