(in all Petitions) COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the complaint of the petitioners dated 11.11.2017, 23.10.2017 and 06.11.2017 respectively and to investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16787 of 2017, the case https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has been registered against the proposed accused in Crime No.7 of 2018 on 04.07.2018 for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 34 and 506(1) IPC. The copy of the First Information Report has also been produced before this Court. 3.Insofar as the other petitioners are concerned, they are added as witnesses in the case in Crime No.7 of 2018. 4.In view of the above, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
