ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 323 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.1 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant, is that due to previous enmity, the accused formed themselves into an unlawful assembly, abused him in filthy language, assaulted with iron rod and stone and thereby caused injuries on him. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner is having 10 previous cases and there is no change in circumstances of the case after the dismissal of the earlier petition, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
