O R D E R

The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.400 of 2021, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thuvarankurichi Police Station. It is the further submission of the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that the Petitioner himself drove the car bearing Registration No.TN 38 BC 3264 along with his relatives. While so, near Thuvarankurichi the car met with an accident by hitting behind the lorry bearing Registration No.TN 51 AF 5878. As per the complaint of the Petitioner, even though the Petitioner drove the car safely, the lorry proceeding in front of the car suddenly stopped without making any sign and indication to the vehicles coming behind and caused the accident. The Petitioner also suffered injuries.

The car driven by the Petitioner was also damaged in the accident. One Kaamil Basha died in this accident. The Petitioner had promptly lodged a complaint. Based on which, the FIR was registered in Crime No.400 of 2021 in Thuvarankurichi Police Station.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instruction of the second Respondent, submits that the investigation had already been completed and the final report is laid before the Court concerned and it is yet to be taken on file.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The Petitioner is directed to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned for any orders.
