ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 20.02.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner was falsely implicated in two cases. Therefore, now the second respondent in order to put up a case against him, searching the petitioner and harassed the petitioner by searching the petitioner in his house. However, the petitioner sent a representation, dated 20.02.2025 but the same has not been considered by the respondents. Therefore, the petitioner filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that under the tip of they received information that the petitioner is selling Kanja and thereby, in order to search, they went to the house of the petitioner and the petitioner was not present in his house. Thereafter, they have enquired about his presence with the family members. 2/5

Apart from that they have not made any harassment to anybody. They only for the purpose of search went to the petitioner's house and enquired the family members about his presence.

4. Since the prayer is not to harass the petitioner and the second respondent under the tip of went to the petitioner's house for search and by recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
