ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 420 of IPC in Crime No.not known of 2016, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that this Court by order dated 04.08.2016 granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner should appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks. The petitioner did not comply with the said condition. The respondent Police issued a summons on 08.08.2016. Even after receiving the summon, the petitioner did not appear before the respondent Police.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
