************ This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner by interfering in the petitioner's civil dispute.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police. It is further submitted that the enquiry will be completed within two [2] weeks.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
