Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 24.07.2014 passed by the Subordinate Judge, Aruppukkottai, made in C.M.A. No. 1 of 2013 confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 03/04/2013 passed by the District Munsif, Aruppukkottai, made in I.A.No. 189 of 2013 in O.S. No. 56 of 2013. ORDER:
