Respondent/Petitioner/ Plaintiff in both C.R.P's COMMON PRAYER:- Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the order in E.P.Nos.25 of 2011 and 26 of 2011 in O.S.No.63 of 2006, dated 01.11.2014 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate,Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District and allow the civil Revision Petition.

For Petitioner : Mr.S.Muthalraj (in both C.R.P's) For Respondent : No appearance (in both C.R.P's) COMMON ORDER The revision petitioner has filed both the Civil Revision Petitions to set aside the order passed in E.P.Nos.25 of 2011 and 26 of 2011 respectively in O.S.No.63 of 2006, dated 01.11.2014, by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by an order dated 08.06.2015, referred the above Civil Revision Petitions before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench and that the parties appeared before the Mediation Centre and entered into an agreement and settled the matter amicably.

3.The Mediation Centre has filed a report, dated 31.08.2015 before this Court along with the Mediation agreement. 4.Recording the report dated 31.08.2015 of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre containing settlement entered between the parties before the Mediation Centre, these Civil Revision Petitions are closed and the Mediation report shall form part and parcel of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
