2. The matters have been repeatedly adjourned at the instance of the respondents police for getting instructions with regard to the above said issue.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police, on instructions, would submit that proper procedure has been initiated before the concerned Court and the notice will be issued to the petitioners to appear before the concerned court. Depending upon the above said enquiry, the respondents 6 and 7 will take further steps.
4. Even though, the matter has become infructuous, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that they have not given any consent letter to the respondents and this must be placed on record so that they can make objection at the time of hearing by the concerned Court. This submission is recorded.
5. With the above observation, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
