ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.299 of 2023, dated 22.09.2023 from the file of the second respondent to any other officer not below the rank of the Deputy Superintendent of Police to investigate the matter and to file final report.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/defacto complainant lodged the complaint before the second respondent on 22.09.2023, for which, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.299 of 2023, dated 22.09.2023, for the offences under Sections 279 and 337 of IPC, regarding the accident of her husband. However, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, she filed the present petition.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that investigation has been completed as charge abated as the deceased himself was the cause to the accident and the charge sheet has been filed and copy of the same has been served on the petitioner on 18.12.2023. 2/4
4. Heard the learned counsel for the appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, learend Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
5. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that already referred charge sheet has been filed and copy of the same has been served on the petitioner on 18.12.2023, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition, if so advised.
