ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 IPC., r/w Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation), 1957, in Crime No.30 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is having two previous cases to his credit.

4. In view of the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
