Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 to R4 and Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned counsel appearing for R5. 2.The writ petitioner is working as Supervisor in the petition mentioned TASMAC Shop.
3.The petitioner's grievance is that the respondents 6 and 7 have engineered local agitation for closing down the shop in question.
4.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has given a representation to the authorities and the petitioner wants this Court to direct the authorities to consider the same. 5.I am of the view that the petitioner has no locus standi whatsoever to maintain this writ petition. The petitioner is an employee in the TASMAC shop in question and if it is closed down, the petitioner will be accommodated elsewhere. If the petitioner is having some difficulties in the discharge of official duties, he can always bring the same to the notice of the Superior and it is for the Superior to take up the matter at the appropriate level. This writ petition cannot be entertained. 6.The writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
