ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners / accused Nos.2 and 3 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506 (ii) of IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, 3 (1) (r), 3 (1) (s), 3 (2) (va) (POA) Amendment Act, 2015, in Crime No.24 of 2018 and seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Taking note of the nature of the allegations made against the petitioners herein, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Principal District Judge, Theni (PCR Act Cases) within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
