ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.SELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.DEENADHAYALAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The appellant in this appeal/the first defendant in the suit has moved this Civil Miscellaneous Petition for return of Ex.B.2.

CMP(MD) No.2843 of 2022 to be returned, after if it is replaced with a certified copy of the same. The petitioner is also required to file a readable copy of the same document along with certified copy of it.
