ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and also not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent
2. According to the petitioner, there is a money dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent and thereby, the third respondent lodged a false complaint against the petitioner. Based on the said complaint, now the second respondent started to harass the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner filed this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the 2/5
third respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in the petition.
4. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the third respondent inclined to dispose of this petition.
5. Since the third respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner and the same is also under enquiry by the second respondent and the second respondent called the petitioner for enquiry purpose, this Court recording the same inclined to dispose of this petition by directing the second respondent to complete the enquiry within a period of one (1) week from the date of this order.
6. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
