For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To enlarge the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Cr.no.71 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 427, 323 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.71 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 13.03.2020 at about 06.00 p.m the third petitioner was attacked the defacto complainant with hands and scolded to her in the brutal manner with the help of the petitioners 1 and 2. Thereby, the defacto complainant sustained injury and subsequently, he has admitted in the Hospital. Hence, the case.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

CRL OP(MD). No.4832 of 2020 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that FIR has been registered in Crime No.71 of 2020 for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 427, 323 and 506(ii) of IPC and the third petitioner herein is the husband of the victim girl as said to have caused simple injury by knife and she was treated as out patient.
5.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivagangai, and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Further, the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) each before the concerned Judicial Magistrate at the time furnishing sureties.
The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C scrupulously. 6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of three weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
