It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 17.04.2015.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that enquiry was conducted and the party was advised to approach the Civil Court and the complaint was closed.
3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
4. Recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the competent forum, if so aggrieved.
