This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the complaint, dated 25.10.2017, given by the petitioner against the accused mentioned in the complaint.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.460 of 2017 has been registered under Sections 294(b), 427 and 506(ii) IPC.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
