Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to furnish the certificates in item Nos.1 and 2 mentioned in the proceedings of the 5th respondent in R.C.No.496/2018 / Pension dated 08.01.2019 within a time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioner and the Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner was an Assistant Elementary Educational Officer. He retired from service on 30.04.2018. He is yet to be disbursed with pensionary benefits. The reason is non-issuance of certificates by the third respondent. They are as follows: "1. Certificate of no charges and no Government Dues and no Co-operative Society pending.

2.Certificate of No Provisional Pension and no Provisional DCRG has been sanctioned, drawn and paid to him and duly attested by Drawing Officer and furnished with file number and date and affix Office Seal."

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 5 states that the third respondent would issue the said certificates within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
