O R D E R
This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6509 of 2017, on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, dated 29.11.2017.
2. The petitioners were implicated for the offences under Sections 120(b), 147, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act in Crime No. 328 of 2017, on the file of the respondent Police.
3. While granting anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.5687 of 2017, dated 23.10.2017, the Court below has directed the petitioners to appear and sign before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 am until further orders. After complying with the condition for 9 days, the petitioners have filed Cr.M.P.No.6509 of 2017 to relax the bail condition imposed earlier. In the said petition, the Court below has directed the petitioners to appear and sign before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 am for a further period of 21 days.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the condition for the past 20 days. He further submitted that the petitioners are doing agricultural work and hence, they are not able to sign before the respondent police within a time.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner, by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, dated, 29.10.2017 made in Crl.M.P.No.6509 of 2017, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
