No.153 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Family Court, Pudukkottai to the learned Family Court, Thanjavur or any other Court ORDER:- This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 25/04/2022 and 12/09/2022 and upon perusing the letter received from the Judge, Family Court, Thanjavur, in D.No. 901/2022, dated 29.12.2022, seeking extension of time for three months to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P. No.134/2022, this Court made the following order:

" The learned Judge, Family Court, Thanjavur, sent a letter dated 29.12.2022, requesting further time of three months to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P. No. 134 of 2022, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 25.04.2022.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter, a further time of three months is granted from today to dispose of H.M.O.P. No. 134 of 2022."
