ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent No.2 not to harass the petitioner and his family members without any legally sustainable complaint and to abide by the guidelines in D.K.Basu case in 1997 1 SCC 416. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that no complaint has been received as against the petitioner. He further submitted that no further enquiry was contemplated and there is no question of harassment. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
