Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 to R3. 2.The petitioner is aggrieved by the registration caused at the instance of the fourth respondent. The petitioner wants deletion of the said entry in the encumbrance register. 3.As rightly pointed out by the learned Government Advocate, for getting this relief the petitioner must move the Civil Court. The authorities cannot administratively grant the relief sought for by the petitioner. Therefore, keeping intact, the petitioner's right and her liberty to move the Civil Court, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
