(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants states that nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ appeal. The first respondent herein filed W.P.(MD)No.10571 of 2021 for approving his appointment as B.T.Assistant. The writ petition was allowed on 25.06.2021. Aggrieved by the same, the department filed this writ appeal.

2. During the pendency of the writ appeal, the order of the learned single Judge was complied with subject to the caveat ie., it would abide 2/4

by the outcome of Civil Appeal No.1387 of 2025. It is not in dispute that State withdrew the said civil appeal. Therefore, this writ appeal has to be closed. The Writ Appeal is closed accordingly.
