ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) of I.P.C and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.413 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner had abused the defacto complainant with filthy language, thereby, the defacto complainant gave a complaint before the respondent police.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submits that the petitioner was not arrayed as accused in the above said crime number. Hence, the question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner does not arise. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner does not arise.
